Refund and Exchange Policy
By placing your order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these policies. Sometimes after a purchase, a return and/or refund is requested. Below are the conditions* for your requests to be accepted, as well as the necessary information.
This Refund and Exchange Policy shall constitute part of HAPPYLAND Terms and Conditions, and shall be read together with other HAPPYLAND Terms and Conditions. In the event of inconsistency between the Terms of Service and this Shipping and Payment Policy, save as otherwise set out expressly, this Refund and Exchange Policy shall prevail in respect of the matters concerning the return, refund and exchange of the products ordered through the Website.
Except as set out in this policy, all sales are final. We do not accept any exchange and/or refund request unless the item you purchased is having manufacturing defect.
No Cancellation For Pre-Order and Back-Order:
The Pre-Order item is a coming soon release item and hence it is NOT ready to ship out. The release date is mentioned in the item description, but the date is subject to change from time to time. In placing an order for Pre-Order item, you would have to make the payment for deposit (“the Deposit”).
For Pre-Order and back-order items, you shall NOT be allowed to cancel it once it is placed and confirmed, and the Deposit will be forfeited if you fail to complete the order. Even though the distributor cut stock, the order is still back-ordered and waiting for half a year. However, if the cancellation is our fault, we will refund the entire fee.(in case of refund request on the original payment, we reserve the right to approve or not on a case-by-case basis).
In all events, you acknowledge and agree that the actual release of the Pre-Order item is uncertain, and it could be suspended or cancelled due to a reason which is not within our control.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CHANGE IN RELEASE TIME AND THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF PRE-ORDER ITEM.
Non-Returnable Items
Products/items listed below are non-returnable for any reason whatsoever, whether for refund or exchange:
-Booster Pack/Box of Trading Card Game;
-Theme/Starter Deck of Trading Card Game;and
-Single Card
-Sale items
You shall take note of this before placing orders for these Non-Returnable Items.
In Case of Return Requests
Any returns requested by the customer must first be approved by our staff and can only be requested within one week of receipt.
You may return the item to us in their original condition, at your own expenses, within 7 days of the delivery date of your order (“the Return Period”).
Manufacturing defect is not applicable to trading card game (also known as collectible card game), and this section shall not be applicable to Non-Returnable Items.
* Please note that a minor packaging defect that does not affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for package insurance or refund claims. A small crease, scratch or indentation on the outer packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, procurement or shipping processes. If you are a collector looking for impeccable packaging, please leave a comment in your order. We will try to select an item with no marks on the packaging.
**Please note that a card or product with original / factory defects (bad framing, printline, slightly damaged corner for arcade items...) cannot be returned under any circumstances. The product is considered as new. The requirements on the collections and the state of the products being part of the personal appreciation of each one, thank you to ask us for additional photos before purchase.
Return Procedures and Requirements
• You shall return the item, together with the receipt, to the location as designated by us within the Return Period(7 days starting from the day it was received). Returned products must include their original packaging and be complete with all accessories or parts as in the original order. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, as well as all risks and damages associated with the return.
Any unauthorized returns (wrong shipping address, undeliverable or unclaimed package, etc.) will not be eligible for a full refund and shipping charges will again be assessed if the customer wishes to have the order returned.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or where you fail to comply with this Refund and Exchange Policy, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the item back to you. Appropriate measures, including legal action, may be taken in the event we discover a misuse of this Refund and Exchange Policy.
Refunds Method (if applicable)
Upon our receipt of the returned item, we would carry out the verification and inspection in determining whether to approve your request. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request. If it is approved, we would have the options whether to:
• refund to your payment method; or
(b) send the replacement item to you, if the item is still available.
If we approve your request in making refund to you, the refund will take a certain number of days, depending on the refund method. Refund for return will be issued according to your original method of payment, or applied as store credit which you may utilize for your next purchase.
If we approve your request in sending the replacement item to you, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
Late Refunds (if applicable)
We require 10 business days to process your refund . Please check your bank account again if you haven't received a refund within a 10-business-day period starting with the approval of your refund request.
If your original payment method via credit card , please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping Costs for Return Product
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will only be responsible for the shipping costs for exchange item, any other costs arising from the same shall be bear by you.
The product shall remain in the customer's responsibility until we receive it.
Shipping and Payment Policy
Our website strives to maintain accurate stock counts but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items and orders at the time of purchase.
In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of out-of-stock item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund (strictly limited to the out-of-stock item only). In no event shall we be liable for such stock discrepancy and inability to full your items and orders, whether due to the stock discrepancy or other reason which is not within our control.
Shipping Cost
The prices displayed on the website do not include shipping fees.The logistics/courier service company (from EASYPARCEL platform)'s charging scheme determines the shipping cost, which is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the ordered items.The shipping cost is clearly indicated during the checkout process and will be charged as part of the purchase.
Delivery Processing Time
The order will be processed within 3 business days if all the items in the order are in stock.The items will only be shipped when they are ready to be shipped, and orders won't be shipped or delivered during weekends or public holidays.
We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or unexpected events.If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will attempt to notify you, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Domestic shipments are generally transported for 2 to 7 business days. Moreover, orders sent internationally are expected to be in transit for 4 to 22 business days. This is a significant variation, depending on the logistics/courier service company and your location.
Upon dispatch, you will be given a tracking number or link that can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment based on the most recent updates provided by the logistics/courier service company.
Delivery Address
It's crucial that your shipping address provided to us is accurate. Before shipping, you are still able to make a one-time change to your address.After shipping, it is forbidden for you to change your address.
Shipment may not be able to be made by the logistics/courier service company to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is subject to the address condition.
Items Out of Stock
In the event that an item you have fully paid for is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will wait for it to be restocked before sending your order. In this circumstance, we will reserve the other items that are prepared and available while we wait for the relevant item.You have the option to ship the other ready and available items first at your request, but be aware that you will be fully responsible for any costs and expenses associated with the separate shipments.
Self-Collection
If you chose to self-collect at HAPPYLAND retail store and left them uncollected for 30 days, they will be returned to HAPPYLAND warehouse automatically. If any additional arrangements need to be made, you will be responsible for paying the processing fees.
Parcel Damaged or Lost in Transit
In the event that you find out that a parcel has been damaged while in transit.Please do not accept the parcel at the doorstep and contact us to help you contact the logistics/courier service company and file a claim.It is necessary to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.
We take no responsibility for such occurrences, but we can help you connect with the logistics/courier service company.All claims should be filed directly with the logistics/courier service company.
We shall not be accountable for setbacks due to customs delays and customs procedures.
We will not be responsible for loss or damage to the product due to weather-related damage, shipment delay and etc.
We will not be liable for accident or loss due to inaccurate shipping information provided and the customer would be responsible for all the shipping charges due to unreliable shipping information provided.
We will not make misleading assertions that are different from the original transaction amount mentioned on our receipts.
Insurance
The respective logistics/courier service company guarantees the insurance for loss and damage up to the value stated. When placing an order for high-value items, you have the option to purchase insurance to cover your parcel.

In order to deposit funds through a bank transfer, please make the payment within 24 hours and send us the payment slip or receipt via email or uploading. If you fail to pay within 24 hours, it will be cancelled immediately.
B.)Credit or Debit Card
When placing your order, you can input your payment details by using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). Once we receive your order, we'll conduct a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there's sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The pre-authorization check must be completed before dispatching the goods.Once the order is accepted, your card will be debited.
C.)Balance Payment
For Pre-Order or Back-Order items, a notification will be sent over once the item has arrived. The Balance Payment must be paid within 7 business days. Order that exceeds the payment period will be cancelled immediately and the Deposit will be forfeited by us absolutely.
You have the responsibility to guarantee that your last known email address or contact number provided to us is accurate at all times. It is required that you keep us updated with these details. All notifications issued by us will be considered delivered if sent to the last known address or contact number.
